What are Customer Settings?

You might need to make changes to all Laurel accounts at your firm. These might be:

  • Adjust your SSO configuration

  • Tracking URLs or applications

To access these settings, you'll need Super Customer Admin rights. If this is your role, you'll see the Customer Settings tab displayed underneath User Management.

Customer Info

Customer Info allows you to edit the name of your firm. It's prefilled to your firm name.

Laurel Settings

Within the Customer Settings tab, Laurel Settings allow you to adjust the SSO configuration you've integrated. For more information on adjusting these, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Assistant Settings

If you'd like to add URLs or Applications for all Laurel accounts you manage, leverage the Assistant Settings tab. You can add URLs or applications in the same way as you do in our settings page.

  1. Go to the Assistant setting tab

  2. Type in the root URL of the website you want to add (e.g. "westlaw.com")

  3. Click 'Add' next to the text input field

  4. Click 'Save' in the top right-hand corner to save your changes

πŸ“ Note: We do not support wildcard sites such as "*.google.com".

Billing Settings

Billing settings allow you to configure which billing system you'd like to leverage, set a fiscal year start date and set a default billing increment for your firm.

❗️Currently, these cannot be adjusted. Please reach out to the Laurel team if you require changes to your Billing Settings.
