Creating and editing user profiles

๐Ÿ’ก To view the contents described below, you must have Customer Admin rights granted to your account. If either view is not displayed, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and request access.

If you've been granted Customer Admin rights, you're able to adjust user settings by:

  • Adjusting user settings

  • Configuring identity and access management

  • Adjusting Laurel's settings

  • Adjusting Laurel's Assistant settings

Adjusting User Settings

Select the tab titled "User Management" underneath your profile name. You should see a list of users at your firm. The screenshot below provides an example:

If you'd like to adjust a user's settings, select the name of the user. You should now see their settings page:

To review what each tab contains, review our article on User Settings. After adjusting desired settings, select Save in the top right-hand corner for the account to update.

The following table describes the information required for a profile to be active within Laurel:
