You must have downloaded and logged in to the Laurel Assistant for your work activities to be listed on your Timeline. For more information on logging in, click here.

You can also reach out to your firm's IT team for any questions regarding your access to the Laurel Assistant software.

Laurel Tracking Icon

Now that you're logged in, we'll make sure you're always aware of when your work is being collected.

Click on ^ in the bottom right corner of your desktop screen to open your icon panel. Find the Laurel icon and drag & drop it onto your toolbar.

The icon has three possible colors:

🀍 White = The Laurel Assistant is running, but idle. Whatever activity you are currently working on is not being tracked.

πŸ’š Green = The Laurel Assistant is running and collecting your current work activity.

❀️ Red = The Laurel Assistant is not running. Click the icon to log in so all of your hard work is accounted for!

Assistant Status in the Laurel App

You can also see the status of your Laurel Assistant directly from your online account. In the top left corner on the Laurel icon, hover over the dot to see if your Assistant is online. If it's offline, like in the image below, log back in to keep track of all your work!

Note: If you are logged out of the Laurel Assistant, you might still see some items on your Work History. This is because we collect some activity, such as Zoom calls, Teams calls, and sent emails from a cloud service. A good indicator that you are logged out of the Assistant is if you are only seeing calls and sent emails on your Work History.
