Laurel collects activities from your day as they happen, and displays them in your Timeline as either assigned or unassigned activities.
Unassigned vs Assigned Activities
Assigned activities are allocated to an Initiative in two ways: automatically by Laurel or manually by you. An assigned activity will be highlighted with the Initiative color it is assigned to, and also appear as an entry on your Timesheet:
Unassigned activities have not been categorized to an Initiative. However, Laurel collects a description of your work so you can assign your activities confidently.
