๐Ÿ’ก To view the contents described below, you must have Customer Admin or Super Customer Admin rights granted to your account. If either view is not displayed, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and request access.

Setting Identities

As a Customer or Super Administrator of your Laurel account, you can assign roles and delegates on behalf of other users. To assign a role, select the Identity and Access Management Tab for the account you'd like to adjust. A list of roles will display:

A few notes about setting roles:

  • Every account is a user by default.

  • You can only assign a single role at a time (in addition to being a user). Review our article on roles to determine which you'd like to set for a user.

Roles are not permanent. If you'd like to adjust them in the future, visit this tab again and select another role.

Adjusting Delegates

Assigning delegates

You can assign delegates, on behalf of others, in the same way that you assign your own. Search for a delegate within the search bar and select add. The list will now be populated with the assigned delegate's name.

Reviewing delegators

As a Customer or Super Administrator for your Laurel account, you can review a user's privileges in the same way on your personal account. The list below displays which user's have granted rights to other to edit their timesheet:

You are not able to edit this list. To remove a delegator, visit the listed account and adjust its settings to remove a delegate.
